First festive single release for top CBeebies children's show, Numberblocks
Count on the Numberblocks for a magical countdown this Christmas!
This year, Numberblocks will release their very first Christmas song and single, ‘How Many Sleeps 'til Christmas?' with a large proportion of profit going to Children in Need.
The Greatest Showman actress and singer, Keala Settle, will sing in a special wonderfully festive video on YouTube for the song. Elle Cato, who recently toured with Van Morrison, will lend her beautiful Whitney Houston-style voice for the single release.
100% of proceeds from the UK will go to a cherished UK-based charity, Children in Need, to help support children and families who face hardship this Christmas.
In keeping with the Numberblocks’ mission to help children discover the wonder and excitement of maths, ‘How Many Sleeps 'til Christmas?' is a lively tune that encourages children to follow the advent calendar countdown to Christmas day. Families and young children will love singing and counting along with the Numberblocks as they get excited for the holiday season.
BAFTA-winning Numberblocks is the educational hit TV series that follows the adventures of ten unique counting block characters and all their numbery friends who like to play games, sing songs, make patterns and go on adventures in Numberland. The interactive series makes maths visible and easy to understand while engaging children with songs and lots of magical fun.
Keala is a Tony award-nominated actress and singer famed for her role in The Greatest Showman and for singing the smash-hit, Golden Globe-winning anthem, ‘This is Me’.
Numberblocks has a rapidly growing fan base globally, especially in the US with over one-fifth of the Numberblocks YouTube traffic coming from America. The show originally aired on CBeebies and is now available on Netflix, Noggin, YouTube Kids and Kidoodle outside the UK. With the brand gaining huge popularity in the US, the Numberblocks team are thrilled to welcome much-loved American performer, Keala, to the Blocks family!
